How a RaveRoute trip comes together

You pick the festival, we handle the group, the transfers and the 24/7 support line. A guide stays with the crew from the first meetup to the last bus.

  1. 01

    Choose your festival

Scan the trending festival posters on this page or send us the line-up you refuse to miss.

  2. 02

    Book your spot

Confirm your place with a deposit. You get the trip details, the group chat invite and the payment schedule the same day.

  3. 03

    Travel with the crew

We meet the group at the meeting point, run the transfers and keep the support line open for the whole journey.

  4. 04

    Enjoy the rave

You arrive with your crew and a guide who knows the field. We coordinate the meetups and the ride back to the hotel.

Flyers from people who were actually there

This is what a group trip felt like for the people who took one.

"Our group chat opened three weeks before we left Kyiv. By the time we reached the camp, ten of us were already friends."

Marta K.Atlas Weekend, Kyiv

"The shuttle from the station was waiting when we arrived. Nobody had to hunt for the camp at 2am."

Denys R.Sziget, Budapest

"Support answered at 3am when our tent zip died. Small thing, but it saved the second night."

Questions before you pack

RaveRoute runs group festival trips. Here is how the coach, the camp and the guide actually work.

A RaveRoute guide travels with every crew. They run the coach meetups, set the camp and stay through the night check-ins. The support line stays open until the last bus back.

Included: a camp spot near the venue, coach transport, an on-site guide and a 24/7 support line. Excluded: visa fees, insurance and personal spending. The full breakdown sits on the trips page.

Every group travels with a host who knows the city and the venue. Accommodation is checked before we book it, we run a nightly check-in, and the support line answers within minutes, day or night.

Most travellers arrive solo. Groups run from 12 to 30 people, split by festival and city, and the chat opens weeks before departure so you already know a few names on arrival day.

Cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy, so read it before you pay. If an organiser cancels the event, we move you to another festival, shift your place to a later date, or refund what we recover from suppliers.

Still deciding? Send us your festival shortlist and we reply within one working day.
