Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to travel packages purchased from tyvrox.com (LLC, EDRPOU 84876112), Business Center Omega, 15 Shevchenka Boulevard, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

We comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

1. Cancellation by the Consumer

You may cancel at any time before departure. Cancellation must be in writing to contact@tyvrox.com or by phone at +380 731 556 6055.

Cancellation fees:

• More than 30 days: 10% of total price.
• 15–30 days: 30%.
• 7–14 days: 50%.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%.

Fees cover costs already incurred. They do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Cancellation by the Operator

If we cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund within 14 days. For force majeure, we offer a refund minus actual costs or a rescheduled date.

3. Refund Procedure

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of your cancellation request. Contact us at contact@tyvrox.com. We may ask for proof of purchase.

If unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

4. Personal Data

We process your personal data to handle your booking and refund under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3899-IX of 20.09.2024. See our Privacy Policy.

Information about our services is provided in Ukrainian as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019. This English version is a translation.

5. Electronic Commerce

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, we provide full identification details on our website.

6. Advertising

Advertising of our travel packages is identifiable and not misleading, as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
