Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of tyvrox.com (the "Site") and the booking of travel packages offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by tyvrox.com, LLC, a company registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 84876112), with its registered address at Business Center Omega, 15 Shevchenka Boulevard, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to book a travel package. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Minors may travel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

3. Reseller Disclosure

tyvrox.com acts as a reseller of travel services provided by third-party suppliers (such as tour operators, hotels, and transport companies). We are not the direct provider of these services. Your contract for the actual travel service is with the respective supplier, and their terms and conditions may apply. We will clearly indicate the supplier's identity before you complete your booking.

We comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995, which sets information, safety, and registration requirements for tourism service providers.

4. Alcohol Policy

Our travel packages do not include alcoholic beverages unless explicitly stated. Where alcohol is available, it is subject to the laws of the destination country. You are responsible for complying with local alcohol regulations, including age limits (which may be higher than 18) and drinking and driving laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or whose behaviour endangers others.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tyvrox.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from travel services provided by third parties. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific package booking. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

6. Consumer Rights and Complaints

As a consumer, you have the right to receive accurate information, safe services, and protection from unfair practices. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@tyvrox.com. If we cannot resolve it, you may file a dispute with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We also comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996, ensuring that our advertising is identifiable and not misleading.

7. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3899-IX of 20.09.2024. For details, see our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies require your prior informed consent.

8. Language

Information about goods and services must be provided in Ukrainian as per the Law of Ukraine 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019. While this Site may be available in English, the Ukrainian version prevails in case of discrepancies.
